The company have a Whatsapp Customer helpline which is fantastic, the consultant that I speak with regularly (in regards to any queries with my order or assistance with the selection of my bundles) is super friendly, informative and polite. He is able to communicate coherently and clearly with you. The helpline is a nice touch to the overall service and helps to avoid any potential complications with your order. Moving on to the hair itself, I usually buy the Eurasian bundles which are required for a softer, sleek look that is not too thick in weight. The hair flows beautifully and I have dyed it multiple times as well as styling it in its natural state. Delivery takes no longer than 3 days for me although the expected delivery window is 3-5 days.
